THE EXPERIENCE BEHIND THE LEARNING

Practical psychology. Social mechanisms. Technology as an amplifier

The method originated in a factory in Macedonia. As Polish creators, we spent six years refining it in everyday factory operations, working across cultural and language barriers. We developed employee initiative without financial incentives.

The series shows how we combined behavioural models, intrinsic motivation, microfeedback and social mechanisms. We also discuss mistakes and limitations so HR and managers can assess the relevance of these experiences to their own business.
