2. Scope
This policy covers this ZX-Agent website and correspondence about our offer. Training platforms, programme tools and other applications may have different features and separate data protection notices.
The example activity maps on the marketing website use fictional data and people. They do not collect activity data about employees of organisations visiting this website.
3. Information you provide when contacting us
When you email or call us, we process the information you provide, such as your name, email address, telephone number, organisation, role and enquiry. We receive data from you or, during cooperation, from an organisation designating its contact people.
Providing data is voluntary, but contact details may be necessary to reply or arrange cooperation. Please do not send information unnecessary for handling your enquiry.
This website has no active contact-form submission. Email and telephone links open the appropriate application on your device. Clicking an email link does not send a message. Copy buttons write selected text to your clipboard at your request; the website neither stores nor sends the editable forwarding message.
4. Purposes and legal bases
We respond to questions, handle correspondence and contact representatives of organisations on the basis of our legitimate interest in managing enquiries and business relationships (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
If you are a party to a contract, we process data necessary to enter into or perform that contract, or take steps at your request before entering into it, under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
We process data required to meet tax, accounting and other legal obligations under Article 6(1)(c) GDPR. Establishing, exercising or defending legal claims may justify processing under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
5. Retention
We retain correspondence for the time needed to handle the matter and related discussions. If it leads to a contract, it becomes part of the cooperation records.
Contract-related data is processed during performance of the contract and subsequently to the extent and for the period required by applicable tax or accounting law. Data needed to establish, exercise or defend legal claims may be retained for the relevant limitation period.
Objections to processing based on legitimate interests are handled under Article 21 GDPR. Further processing may be necessary where there are compelling legitimate grounds or a need to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
6. Recipients
To the extent needed to handle correspondence and cooperation, recipients may include hosting, email and IT support providers, accountants, legal advisers and banks handling payments. Data may also be disclosed to authorities entitled to receive it by law.
Infrastructure details and any transfers outside the European Economic Area require confirmation. We do not claim that no such transfers occur solely on the basis of the website’s own operation.
7. Technical data
To display a page, your browser sends technical information to the server, including your IP address and request details. The server or hosting infrastructure may record logs such as request time, resource address, response code and browser information.
Technical data supports delivery, operation and security of the website. Where personal data is processed for this purpose, the basis is the controller’s legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). The exact logging scope and retention period still require confirmation against the infrastructure configuration.
8. Cookies and device storage
Cookies are small files stored in your browser. This website does not set cookies, use localStorage or sessionStorage, or run analytics, advertising or remarketing tools. Website libraries and resources are served locally.
We do not display a consent panel for technologies we do not use. If such features are introduced, we will update this information and, where required, obtain consent before activating them.
Cookies saved when using other parts of the same domain may remain in your browser. This description applies to this website; other services may have separate privacy policies. You can manage saved cookies through your browser settings.
9. Your rights
Under the conditions set out in the GDPR, you can request access to your data, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing. Data portability applies in the cases described in Article 20 GDPR, particularly automated processing based on a contract or consent.
You can object to processing based on legitimate interests on grounds relating to your particular situation. If processing were based on consent, you could withdraw it without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.
You can lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office. To exercise your rights with ZX-Agent, write to the contact address at the start of this page.
The marketing website is not used to make decisions about you based solely on automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
10. Links and updates
When you follow a link to an external service such as LinkedIn, you use another provider’s service under its privacy rules. Merely displaying a normal link on this website does not activate that provider’s embedded tools.
We update this information when the website or data processing changes. The revision date appears at the start of this document.
